comfort me

flegm. i think that's how it's spelled. regardless, it's usually one of my favorite words to say just because i love to revel in the stupidity that is the English language. putting letters where they aren't well received. there is no reason to shove an extra waste of ink or lead and energy where it shouldn't belong. and thus, much like everything else in my life, i love to call English on its idiocy. Fleg-m. flllllleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeg-m. it's almost as fun to type it as it is to say it.

fleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeg-mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

i'm living in the moment, since as of right now, saying flegm is nearly impossible. it comes out as a muffled, would-be version of a definately not as cool word. thank you, cilia, for trapping all of the moisture that would escape, had you not sensed that an invader has entered my body and it may have been through my nostrals. furthermore, i think my throat is closing up. i've minimized vocal output as to possibly prevent the event of losing my voice. again. thank you limph nodes, for sensing that there is an invader in my body taking up residence in my nice and smooth esophogus, thus making my would-be imbibing pipe a war zone that would rival Austria during the persuit of a Jew-free world. but my favorite part of being sick is the part where you think you can clear your throat, but instead you end up with a mouth full of unmentionables. so, most of all, thank you lungs, for sensing that there is an invader in my body and thus, in order to prevent it to spread to the rest of my body via my circulatory system, filling my lungs with nice and thick fleg-m.

flegm.

isn't that the word of the day.
