prisoner of society

it has occured to me that our society, in its endless effort to be perfect, has tried to mask its imperfections with silly little optimistic slogans. they pop up everywhere. well i think it just perpetuates the flaw-driven cycle.

so, in an effort to correct all the world's wrong-doings, i am going to start using the more pesimistic version of things. it may be because i'm a negative-driven person, but i'm sure there is my little positive mate out there somewhere, just wanting to stick to me to cancel me out. perhaps this will give them more motivation to find me.

and having said that, i hereby declare that i am no longer "far-sighted."
