brother if you only knew

so while i was so preoccupied with society for trashing our habitat, i totally forgot that i should be more unhappy with society itself.

what was i thinking? did i actually think that anybody in this world cared about anybody but themselves? i mean, just because i genuinely listen to other people's problems doesn't necessarily mean that others really give.

note to self: shut up, nobody cares. wasted air. all those "it'll be ok"s are just a way to escape the situation. a fairly uncomfortable one at that, since emotions aren't high on any person's priority list and any sort of sentence that starts with "I have a problem" and doesn't come out of their own lips will immediately be tuned out and disregarded with a series of "I hate it when that happens" type rebuttles.
